  • 5 second flash a foot above the shirt? Either that is a super duper hot flash unit or that ink will wash out or crack.

  • neither of the two. Due to the high volume of shirts I do, I give the shirts a short flash so the ink is less tacky so when I pull it off the platen I don't accidentally transfer ink from my fingers to a clean shirt.

    I then transfer the shirt to a dryer to cure at 350 degrees. I seen my shirts still being worn after 6 years with no fading, cracking or washing out.

    I didn't video the shirts in the dryer because its rather boring to watch, sort of like watching paint drying, so to speak.
