Nice.

The first part looks like a standard Greek syrto. Are there any details which make it specifically Sephardic?

Since posting the video I learned more: the dance has been arranged by Steve Kotansky from dance movements observed among Greek Sephardim in Brooklyn, NY. Erik Bendix further writes: "The form of this dance is much like other "sta dhio" dances of northern Greece, but the style is slightly on the oriental side and the song is in Ladino rather than Greek". The song on which the dance is choreographed is "Alta es la luna" by Savina Yannatou -what you hear in the video is an instrumental version.
