Teaser raw footage of interview with Lewis, who I interviewed for my documentary on the history of graffiti in Philadelphia. The final film will be way more condensed than this. Just figured some people might like to watch some extended comments.

  • @SneaksForFreaks even from that perspective lets get back to roman times where they already had forms of writing around there was graffiti where anti political activist would paint n crave on walls to get a message out n it wasnt legal my friend n i agree 100% with you it could have been derived from that but whos to say

  • @WrathOfDemons i dident mean it like that. i mean who knows how cornbread got the idea he might have got it from those times. but back in those times it was kinda like there own peice of paper saying what is going to happen or what they belive or what they did that day. im not trying to be ignorant im just saying that back then that wasent graffiti that was there way of writing on paper. BUT i wont say it dident have anything to do with graffiti because i think the idea came from that

  • @SneaksForFreaks exactly s to say that graff came from one place in the modern age is extremely ignorant

  • @WrathOfDemons actually that writing on walls back in the very first times of the huma race was just there way of writing on paper. this is graffiti

  • @Khultan great the next step is killing yourself have fun

  • @WrathOfDemons Research is done: you are a moron.

  • @Khultan time started by the youths it was never started by the youth sappy go do research n then get back at me tooly

  • @WrathOfDemons You're out of it, get lost. The topic is on a specific period in time started up by youths in the late 60s, early 70s. Kids aren't going to be off the top of their head blurt out, 'Oh, it started in ancient civilizations yadda yadda yadda...' You herb.

  • everyone knows graffiti is always evolving who knows maybe youll be the beginning of everything

  • @Imperial215 even if philly is were it originated i highly doubt it was cornbread i think he just a niggah tryna get a lil fame feel me n there is no need to debate because both sides are wrong...
