Chad Crittenden - Motivational Speaker

In 2002, grade-school teacher Chad Crittenden of Oakland, California learned that his right foot was under attack by a rare and aggressive cancer, synovial sarcoma. Doctors removed the entire foot just days later to prevent the cancer from spreading to other parts of his body.

Less than two years later, Crittenden successfully tried out for a spot on the reality TV show Survivor, where he outlasted ten other competitors on a treacherous volcanic island.
