I had some problems with my rental car and nicely shared them with the representative upon my return. He did a good job of trying to keep my business.

  • Why would you post a video of yourself being so difficult? The features that the car had were explained to you before you rented it. If you wanted cruise control, why not just rent the class that has it? This is the kind of crap these guys have to deal with every day. Thanks for making these peoples' lives just a little be worse.

    Facts-

    Requested cruise control

    Car made HORENDOUS noise

    Rented at end of business day so couldn't return

    Contacted customer service while on trip but was not taken care of

    Rented same-class cars from other companies with no problems

    Learned from this experience

    He asked for a car with cruise, but didn't get it. Of course, he didn't notice until he was leaving town after the place was closed.

    And seriously, 2200 miles of driving with a super-annoying noise?!? Who rents those things?!?

    He asked for a car with cruise control.

    He didn't know a car without a cd player existed.

    He didn't ask for a car that made a hideous noise as it drove down the rode.

    He picked up the car right before leaving for a very long trip and when arriving 1100 miles later couldn't get any help from the Enterprise at the other end.

    He had rented from Hertz, National, & Budget previously with no problems. In fact each of those cars in the same class had cruise & cd, but no noise.
