I'm Canadian. It's not going to be legal, at least for the next 3.5 years. Whatever the federal liberals say doesn't mean shit because they were decimated last election to only a handful of seats. The only reason they're suggesting it is because they have nothing to lose, note the NDP having dropped decriminalization from their agenda over the past year...

As long as Stephen Harper has his goddamn majority government, which is imposing harsher pot regulation, it will never be legal.
