A very silent & somber candlelight vigil for murdered Yale graduate student Annie Le, whose remains were found just a day before in a lab building basement. Held at Yale's Cross Campus in New Haven, Connecticut on Monday, September 14, 2009.
I sensed some amount of tension and fear in the faces I saw. Two thousand people showed up, according to the Yale Daily News. Mostly Yale students, a lot of young faces, first year students who have been at Yale for just a brief time and are already dealing with a murder in one of the Yale campus buildings by one of their own. A lot of scared females on campus.

  • not showing the terrifying giggling by some dean at a press conference, and her sidekick from the FBI who were eeerily giggly

  • another dick sucker bites the dust

  • Very tasteful memorial Yale. Rest in peace Annie.

  • My sincere condolences to Annies family, her friends and loved ones. She obviously strived for what many of us haven't even hoped for. To have her taken away at this time in her young life is unimaginable. To her parents, my prayers, her friends, my hand to hold in your grief.
