@AndreasDahl87 actually he doesnt even know the names of the chords he plays :D and throws out some of the greatest compositions ever heard by human ears

thanks for the vid, i learned it by ear and i guess i transcribed the arpeggio part really awkwardly, so i thought there's got to be a easier way to play it :p
but its still pretty tricky to get it sounding nice and fluent
what scales does opeth use?
onixtheone 1 year ago
@onixtheone Im not really sure m8 :p As far as I know, Michael does not know too much music theory, and mostly play by ear. He might be playing in some scale, but I'm not sure if he knows which one it is:p I might be wrong tho :P

Your guitar has a beautiful tone.

@ThunderBullitt It's a good mix between a well built guitar and Line6 Guitar Port. The guitar is a warmoth, check out their website :) They allow you to choose what wood to build your guitar from. Alot of tone to gain from that^^ DiMarzio Evo and DSonic in bridge.

how did you get that tone is it the pickups?
onixtheone 1 year ago
@onixtheone 1/2 is pickups and guitar body. Rest is the line6 guitar port :) Pickups are DiMarzio Evolution and DSonic :)
