My Wild Minute - Pa's Small Wonders

Have you ever wondered who made and maintains the wildflower and mushroom replicas for The Wild Center? Watch Supawadee "Pa" Ngamhuy as she brings these delightful wildflower and mushroom sculptures to life.

Born in Thailand, she has always had an active interest in and talent for the arts, working in oil colors on both canvas and silk. After a course in the construction of tropical orchids using polymer clay made in Japan, Pa was commissioned by The Wild Center to bring the natural beauty of forest floor, bogs and wetland flora to the inside of the museum.
