And the question remains - Why did the officer not go to jail for Kidnapping and Assault?... because that IS what the officer is guilty of - he had no right to tell anyone on public property to stop filming anything

Police abuse like this goes on everyday in every city in America and has for decades. I myself have been the victim of it a few times for doing absolutely nothing but being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I am at the point now that I rarely leave my house for fear of being falsely arrested and taken to jail. I realized that the police really can do whatever they want to us anytime they want.
Police are nothing but jackasses in uniform.

"CBS Tastes Martial Law" yet they still refuse to cover very important issues with truth and clarity ie the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the REAL numbers on unemployment, our Natl' debt, the failing economy, demise of the dollar and the militarization of our police! How ironic... Guess it's somehow different when it comes home to roost, isn't it, CBS?

@sweetjammies I agree. This video is about police and abuse of power which is rampant today but you are correct about the news media and what they "choose" to cover. And its not just CBS. It's FOX, ABC, NBC, etc. However, that whole topic of controlled media is another entire video post (of which there are many).
