When researching a new educational program or a new career path it is wise to hear from the insiders, from those who have graduated, or have worked in a particular field of interest.

Here's Caitlyn O'Loughlin who has graduated from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology with a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology in 2010. Prior to completing her Master's degree, she received her BA in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and worked as Lab Manager in a cognitive neuroscience laboratory at Rutgers University in New Jersey. Currently, Caitlyn is a teaching assistant in the Organizational and Leadership Psychology Department at MSPP.

ENROLLING NOW for May 2012: We're offering a Master of Arts Program in ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY, an intensive 10-month, 30-credit degree program designed for working professionals who desire to expand, deepen, and sharpen their skills in leading and sustaining changes in organizations. Starting in the Fall of 2012, we are offering a PsyD Program in LEADERSHIP PSYCHOLOGY, one of the first institutions in the world to offer such a program in leadership psychology. This program has a unique curricular design that includes planned, mentored field experiences designed to prepare graduates to operate most effectively across a broad range of organizations and institutions: non-profit, for-profit, educational, philanthropic, NGOs, educational, and public administration; the program also includes a required individualized study of leadership in a particular organizational type.
