When I hold down ALT, it just simply copies the image and moves it, not change the shape of it

When you select the Pen look at the Tool Options Bar at the top. Be sure you are in Paths mode, which is the icon with a box with a Pen tool on top of it. This will cause you to draw Paths. If you print the page, it will look blank until you Stroke the Path or Fill the Path with color, after you've drawn the Path.

thnxx..Its Not that i think.....When i click and Drag The mouse for my second point it fills up the spot in the middle.......

Right click on your shape (with the Pen Tool) selected and choose "Stroke Path." That should be the option you're looking for.

How come My pen tool doesn't Make Lines?
It fills up the inside if the Shape/curve i make.
