Together's National Conference "Can Service Users lead the Personalisation Agenda" took place on 18th November 2009 at the Royal College of Physicians in London, UK. This unique event explored the relationship between service user involvement/leadership and the government's Personalisation agenda. All 4 speakers have used services and have taken part in implementing personalisation, in the UK or abroad. Dr Dan Fisher, of the American National Empowerment Center (NEC), contributed the results of over 10 years of experience in personalisation. The conference was attended by Charity CEO's, Local Authority Leaders, Service Users and University Lecturers. Together are trusted leaders in Service User Involvement.
