  • Oh ok sorry And thanking for understanding that i misunderstanded :)

  • i didn't mean that you need to keep working out in a specific body part your working in that you feel soar. i only mean that you must atleast feel an after workout soar but it doesn't count to all. there are other people that don't feel soar at all after working there particlar body part but still gain muscle mass or cuts. but yeah, ur right in some point, just a misunderstanding.

  • @ASIANBOYZPRODUCTION No pain no gain is Wrong if you get pains Its not good My father Is crippled Because he kept working out while having pains Hes not fully cripple just he cant walk properrly and use his body parts fully

  • Okay,

in web, where can i find info?

    about which workout,hits which muscle?

or how can i identify it?

  • you mean hammer curl? hammer curl commonly exercise your bicep brachii if your using dumbell, try to use standing bicep hammer curl, seated hammer curl, standing dumbell bicep curl etc...

you must concentrate in one particular body part in one day and other the next day.

  • What part of bicep? :D

  • reverse is for the forearm and hammer curl is for the biceps

  • try to concentrate only in your chest before doing other workouts for other body parts. and don't do tricep workout before your chest! you could also do knucle push up better than the normal style and do it slowly. you could also do other form of chest workout like incline dumbell flyes for upper chest excersie, dumbell pull overs for middle chest, and decline dumbell flyes for lower chest.

  • Btw,how can i know? which workout? hit which muscle?

example side lateral raises hit the middle delt!

  • U meant pain on the chest?

erm, what is the diff between reverse and hammer curl?
