Marriage is ordained by GOD and is between a MAN and WOMAN. It has always been that way. My children will know that being GAY is a sin; not to mention it is against Natural Law. God loves ALL people, but he does not love ALL the sins we do. Gay marriage is WRONG. I don’t care anymore about being politically correct. This country is in for a HUGE surprise.

All I see in this video segment is two groups of people on opposite sides of the street not listening to each other. They should have all stayed home. Waste of time.

If we don't stop the fundies from taking over American gov & military, we're doomed. Believe that.

@frenchamericantv That definition is not in Webster nor is it truly in the bible. And that american definition came only after DOMA was passed. What about the passages of Samuel where god married David and Johnathan to each other for not only the sacrifice to god but also for the sacrifice they gave to each other?

I guess these wonderfully "loving" Christians never read the passages of Samuel where God married David and Johnathan because of their sacrifice to them and as lovers to each other.
There is so much power in the question "did we vote on your marriage?". There are people whose religion is based in a gay-loving God, and there are people whose religion condemns homosexuality. The thing is, both religions--really, every religion--have a right to freedom in America. Since our government rules on marriage strictly from a legal perspective, why is one religion taking away the rights of those who believe in another religion? Did we vote on your marriage? Hate is disgusting.

That you Sean. You bring up 2 good points. One, this is NOT a religious issue. It is a civil rights issue, but just for the sake of argument, let's make it a religious issue. If I am supposed to respect your religious views, not only respect them, but be dictated by them, what makes me not bellieve that the religious views of the men that flew planes into our building on 9/11 are not just as valid and justifys them doing it. If we are forced to respect your views, we MUST respect them all.
