Regardless of where one stands politically, this is very accurate, and many of the things he's said have happened now. Pakistan should:

1. Try to eliminate al-Qaeda and takfiri extremists

2. Try to unite the AFghan people, especially Tajik and Pashtun. Declare neutrality.
