LOL first she is saying to eat spicy food and then she said to think twice about eating them. What are you talking about?
-
What are you talking about? this lady has no clue what she's talking about . Because in my case I'm 8 weeks pregnant and the doctor told me that I cant eat fat food or spicy food. due to my gallbladder.

Aspartame is fine????? Are you nuts? Non -organic is safe???
-
@GettingPregnant Because the NWO owns and controls youtube.

Regarding artificial sweeteners: There have been NO safety studies done on pregnant women . Absence of evidence is not a lack of evidence and to give it up thumbs up is about as irresponsible as it gets. As to the chocolate - depending on the type you eat, it could be loaded with caffeine. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but to say it doesn't have caffeine is just plain wrong. This video is filled with irresponsible advice - why is it on the front page of YOU TUBE?

Please don't listen to this woman!!!! Commercially grown non-organic food is lower in nutrients and contain many dangerous elements! Love your child, love the earth! Buy local if possible and regain your right to healthy food! Look up the health risks of "bovine growth hormone" on youtube. Love beyond all else

@kathryn8169 You could do a little research, you can research on those companies which use organic farmig methods, but it acually depends on your locality whether you have acess to it or not.

@nabeelmerchant how would i be able to tell what milk contains bovine growth hormone?

So aspartame... which almost didn't make it onto the market over health and safety concerns is good... while other sweetners are bad? Perhaps we should also look at what makes the grade of "conclusive scientific proof" as science works on disproving a theory.
If in doubt? Leave it out.
