Some of the environmental initiatives currently underway on campus are featured in this news report. Included is Scott Arboretum horticulturalist Jeff Jabco, who gives a tour of Alice Paul Hall's green roof and the rainwater collection system used at the LEED-certified Science Center, and engineering major Lauren Goodfriend '08, who shows off the system she designed to create her solar-powered dorm room. Also appearing is religion professor Mark Wallace, who argues that a wide range of resources is needed to address the current "environmental crisis."
