I've been training for 14 years. Since I started training I have seen many people do what Matt and the others do, but they normally peak at a point. Matt has done nothing but grow and exceed in the last 2 years. That was absolutely SICK

I'm a modest shotokan karate brown belt, i don't like this kind of exibition, it's all about being vanitous and mentally exalted, is more like a dance or an artistic gymnastics then a Kata (or form). Osu!
