@oscarrlopezg No, it's a way of identifying for yourself what you seem to "think" is the reason for holding onto that fear, and once you see it as a negative you'll be more apt to release it naturally

@oscarrlopezg fears help you like by getting you to feel safe, not in a good way. like your fear of people may have helped you in the past by avoiding social outings. or being over weight helps you not to deal with bad sexual expereince ect..

I have to admit i have a crippling fear that paralizes me in stuff regarding my work... and that is just one fear that i can identify. Can someone explain to me the part where Brian says ""How does it help me in the past"? Is he saying that fears actually have helped someone in the past?...
