What a human being!!!I have met Bruno Sammartino a number of times of the last 35 years.He is a role model for kids.We need more like him and after seeing this ,I am convinced that he will NEVER go to Vince Macmahon's disgrace of a Wrestling Hall of fame.His is a joke and Bruno Sammartino is NOT a hypocrite and go back on his word.

Bruno I had the honor of meeting you at local 812 Atlantic City weekend January 1996.My delegate Warren Marsh introduced me to you and it was truly one of the best moments of my life.You were amazed that I knew all the wrestlers of the sixties at age 38.we also talked about the time you slammed haystacks calhoun at the garden and other matches you had in that era. 8 years you held the title until Karloff beat you in 1971.no one will match that. no, bruno doesnt need to be inducted into the circus that is the wwe, hall of fame. bruno, is deserving of far more, than what vince can provide i beg to differ, anyone who knows wrestling, knows bruno, and he isnt hurting the sport . i missed this in person. only hope bruno will come this close once more

Bruno needs to join the WWE Hall of Fame. The WWE is the Major Leagues and it's Hall is still the most prestigious, only rivaled by the Lou Thesz/George Tragos Professional Wrestling Hall.. not this two-bit Hall of Fame in the middle of no-where. He might not like it, but wrestling is entertainment. He's not hurting VKM, he's hurting the fans and the legacy of wresting, since the WWE is the stewart of wrestling's history. It's as if there was a Pro Football Hall of Fame that rivaled the NFL's
