D8233 Restoration pics #4 (Jan -Dec 2009)

WERE BACK!!! and not a moment too soon, this is the latest version of "D8233 restoration pictures to music" this being Vol #4 and covering all the work that was done last year from January to December 2009, last year was a bit quiet compared with previous years, most of the work undertook on the loco was of a minor dature mainly concentraiting on the usual drelling and painting, of course we also had the Generator fund where we had to raise over £20,000 to get the Generator set overhauled after it was found to be in need of some serious work, this meant that Big "Sexy" restoration work had to be put on hold while we got the genny fixed but as you can see we had plenyy to keep us busy in the mean time, however now that we are into the new decade of 2010 there is plenty of Big Stuff planned for later this year so stay tuned and I'll try to bring you video updates as soon as I can :)

As you say "We're Back" and thats good to see but would it be too much to ask for just a little less content and perhaps a little longer between pics, after all one rusted piece of plate is much like another, but keep up the good work, I used to see one of these working at KX in the 60's on station pilot duties during my time there as a passed cleaner.
