The usual haters and communists shits who hate Greece cannot understand the nature of being noble and true royal. They accuse a woman who has devoted Her life in philanthropy and relief of the human pain.
-
@erikabraun, ok, with that kind of "argument", don't expect me to take you seriously...you can live your myth...greetings..;-)
-
@roimat The huge healthy majority of the population, in the countries you mentioned, including yours, find having sex with children distasteful. Yet, according to your reasoning, they may actually "approve" of pederasty but never had the opportunity to express their approval because no referendum ever took place to that effect.
-
@erikabraun ,my "haha" is for your comment, not mine. I find your comment funny.
USA, Germany, Austria, Switzerland don't approve Monarchy? From where does this come? There was a referentum about Monarchy or not? Or do you believe that, if in the English occupation of USA was without a King, the Americans wouldn't fight for their freedom? I mean, it wasn't a matter of Monarchy that the Americans fought for. They fought for their Independence, and they would have done so no matter the Regime
-
@roimat I understood the first part of your response. Ofcourse we all have the right to like whatever we want. It is when we try to force it on others that can make us unpopular.
"My ignorance about history"? Just based on the fact that like all the USA, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland...etc I do not approve of monarchy?
"European Royalty"? Did you ever read about Leopold II and his present family?
""Hahaha": You find the 2nd part of your comment funny. This means you understood it!
-
@erikabraun, i like Monarchy, is that a problem to you?Don't i have that right, not to like the Republic and like the Monarchy? As for the rest, if you compare Turkey's sultans or Gaddafi regime with European Royalty, then it's ok, i can understand your ignorance about History.
As for what did you reject in Germany, i very doupte. What's the difference betwin German's Monarchy and what follow it? The Hitlers' and Merckel's Democracy? Hahaha!
-
@roimat Indeed, In Austtria and Germany we did not "reject" monarchy either: we simply chose to kick them out of our country instead. I take it that the Greeks did not reject the sultans of Turkey; but replaced them with Danish ones, which in turn were not rejected but voted out. That's very interesting.
One question: Why so much animosity towards the institutions of Greece? Whether you are a Greek or not. Are you trying like Gaddafi to "save" the country single-handedly?
-
@roimat 1: My comment is relevant within this context because it highlights the inconsistency of your standards.
2: Freedom of expression can not be reconciled with verbal abuse and the damage to property we recently witnessed in Athens.
3: You can employ the same soothing terms for the French, or Russian, or Greek Revolution if it sounds less humiliating to the rejected party.
4. Last but not least: You answered that yourself - i.e. Freedom of Speech, also involves choice of language..
With her mother, one of the granddaughters of the chased away German kaiser, they were both devotees and disciples of the Hare Krishna during their hippy days in the 1970s.

@roimat I couldn't care less - as long as she is what she is as far as possible from Greece. Even the Arabs are chasing these drones out of their own countries. Greece deserves beter than this.
