Paris Hilton stops by to lend a hand in this episode, and we complete the rear portion of the fiberglass fuselage mould.

  • This video series are Great, good job!

Love that, it u inspire so much, when u can do this Fiberglassing and specialy that Mould building, i think u can do everything if u want! Onetime ive build a Doorboard for a Honda, love that Job!

  • Thank you very much. Yes - you can make almost anything.

  • with a foam male plug mould covered with plaster and sanded to a ultra smooth finish.... (male plug) what do i need to coat over the plaster with prior to fibreglassing?

    wax or a release agent?

    thanx for the great vids...

  • ...sorry for the delay in answering - just wax, 4-5 coats of good hard paste wax. If you do each section without removing the previous one, it won't matter because worst case scenario involves simply breaking up the plaster. Nice and easy.

  • Ive got one thing to say ARF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Support your local economy. Keep that money in your neighbourhood. Peace.
