NHL 11 - Dirtiest Hit Ever?

I was playing "Be a GM" mode and I decided to play a game against the Washington Capitals as the Toronto Maple Leafs

After a missed shot, Washington player Ryan Shannon rushes for the puck with my defense man Carl Gunnarsson right behind him as I through a hit, only to create possibly the dirtiest hit in NHL 11 possible

Shannon was surprisingly not hurt, and I was shocked that I did not get a penalty for this
