I have a memory of Dorothy Stratten.
When I was in Westwood Memorial Park Cemetery once (I have been there a number of times), I was walking around seeing the graves not looking where I was going when my shoe hit something on the ground.
It was Dorothy Stratten's grave.
I felt sad because she died so young.
Her death, like Sharon Tate's, was so senseless.
I took a picture of the grave, but I wish I had been that close to her in life.

What a beautiful innocent person she was to have her life so tragically taken from her in such a violent way. Rest in Peac Dorothy

I saw the film "Star 80" two weeks ago. A great movie, but the story of Dorothy and her short life and the way it was so tragically and violently taken away is one the saddest stories I've ever read of or seen a movie about. After seeing the film and reading extensively about it I felt genuinely depressed. She was truly beautiful.
