@Caradepato2 no cause if u spell it 'zansa' and pronounce it right, it doesn't sound the same as if u spell it 'sanza' and it has nothin to do with that word not being originally english...by the way, i found another one: in Congo and Cameroun, it's called likembe ;)

@Fjord76 im sure that since that word is not originally english, it could probably be spelled several ways. I've always just called it Mbira

SANZA not Zansa lol
it's one of the names of the instrument played by Paco (it's also called mbira or kalimba)
