i think it's hilarious that people like ian anderson and james hetfield never ever had a music lesson in their life (they're self taught, so they do know a lot now). but these people who actually took the long route and learned to read partitures and practiced the violin for a decade (at least) and learned every scale ever made are forced to play with them

it must suck for them, the realization that no matter how much study you can't buy creativity or REAL talent, i pity most of those musicians
