  • This is high school??? Ay my school i learned to three step in 7th grade and then it was all on speed concentrating and now im in 9th grade and if you did not run below 17.0 you where off the hurdeling "team".

So this looks easy compared! Do your coaches not even try teaching you 3 step its not that hard......

  • Well umm... my 7th grade year I sucked to me at least I did I was 5 stepping and running an 18.01 and I didnt like that time and my coach encouraged me to 3 step and it took alot of practice and I 3 stepped my 8th grade year and my best time was 15.5 as an 8th grader and the high school record for my school is 15.7 so as an 8th grader I was breaking high school times. I hope to get my time down to a 14.5 my freshman year and by senior year I hope I run a 13.5 (: High hopes lol

  • @WelshCorgi321 yeah when i was in 7th grade i could only 5 step. nearing the end of that season i began 3 stepping though and i must say it takes alot of practice.! in 7th grade i ran a 19.8, then 8th grade i learned to three step, and i got a 17.0 it helps alot.! as a freshman in high school, i now run a 16.2 lol. 3 stepping helps so much its unimaginable.!

  • @WelshCorgi321 dang. i wish i could go there.. my times 16.9. i wanna be number oneeee
