I watched a minute of this recipe as decided to look down at the comments and sure enough, COMPLAINTS! Yes, this is NOT authentic by any shape and form, Chilaquiles do not contain eggs, the cheese is all wrong, and jarred salsa? Oh good Lord! Still, call it what you will, it looks pretty good. I'd make it at home, with homemade salsa verde of course (the day I buy jarred is the day I turn in my Mexican card). I just wouldn't call them Chilaquiles, my mom would flip.

As a Mexican, I gotta say Mexicans.

This looks pretty good.. yet, I thought this was more akin to Migas though..

to all offended Mexicans in stead of nagging, make a video about the real recipe and put it online!

Yeam, Im mexican too, and one of the good things about my country is that every dish has a particular thing as a sign, that makes us said "oh I love granma´s chilaquiles" This recipe looks great!! because we lke to breakfast chilaquiles with eggs, or meat upon. My auntie for example use to make chilaquiles with lettuce, cream and fresh cheese and acid cream. So we love to taste all tipes of chilaquiles. Also every street "tamales" seller has his own style, so there´s not a precise way to cook.

Ew! this are not real chilaquiles, this look nasty!

I never watch a video if before I have to watch advertisements
Im Mexican, I tried this recipe and I have to say, it tastes really good. Come on people, dont be haters, every state in Mexico has a little variation to the recipe, so dont say its not the "original" one.
