I'd try the sheep's bladder, just to experience a bit of what my ancestors were forced to eat in order to get me here. When the brits would butcher the Irish inhabitants' cattle, they'd gut them, taking the good parts for shipment to england, leaving the guts, etc for the dogs. Irish citizens were forced to muck the guts out of the mud to find something to eat. Traditional Irish food is the result of centuries of brutal oppression and an unquenchable will to live.

@Tackleqb Except when they are cutting up the Livers and tongues bladders. lol. I'd gladly try the end product, but the process isn't too pretty.
