  • This guy is living proof of two things

    1. Bodyweight exercises are not solely for endurance

    2. Who said that just because you're 50 you can't stay fit?

    this exercise is stressful on your lower back - reaching for your toes with your BOTH legs straight, is

  • All I know is, once you develop physical problems(especially back) it is hard to do any prolonged workouts. Once your back goes your legs follow. I've always kept myself in great physical shape. But aging and little nagging injuries( back shoulders,wrist, neck etc.)make it very difficult to do lots of the stuff he is doing here. I mostly swim now do to herniated disc's in my back. Everybody has problems, but it seems this guy has been fortunate in that way. I'm open 2 any advice Steve . Thanks
