k, don't know the technique name, but I showed it to my wife who loves Harmony, as well as I, and who also is always photographing things, and she saw it, and simply explained how it was done....he has the actors repeat the same actions over and over on a mark and then just puts it together. Example, if you had someone ,let's say flash the peace sign ,on the same mark 25 times, or a ballerina spin, you ust take those same identical frames and put them together . background is the same so it wrks
Actually, I have to say I am rather changing my mind about it having seen it a few times. Call me fickle but I can admire aspects of it! Its just that it jarred so much having been so freaked out by the Bonnie video, it seemed a terrible sellout. On reconsidering, there is undoubtedly a place for offbeat art and creativity in advertising - its just so bizarre for such a pedestrian product!
That's the most pretentious advert I have ever seen - I HATE IT and I was so troubled and touched by the video for Bonnie "Prince" Billy. He has imported a technique for an unhinged vibe and sold it on the high street? I am not even complaining about "selling out" but it is so grotesquely INNAPROPRIATE!
