I was diagnosed with profound Verbal Dyspraxia. Unforunately my speech therapy didn't improve my verbal communication because I have the most severest form of Verbal Dyspraxia. I will never be capable of talking correctly, but thankfully I am able to use a communication device. I understand how difficult growing up with Verbal Dyspraxia can be for a child because of the frustration of not being able to talk properly and the bullying that may occur as a result.

Thank you so much for this video. At the end it says that both Kate and Andy went to a total of 13 therapy sessions each week for several years. My 4 year old son has severe apraxia of speech and (here in NZ) he goes to one session a fortnight. Is this funded over in America?
