Thank you for this video. I'm going to start the Dr. Perricone diet (minus the fish because I'm Vegetarian). I started to get sever acne about 10 months ago at age 31. Many of the foods I eat are on the "Inflammatory Foods," like eggs, mangoes, papayas, and corn tortillas. I gave up coffee a few months ago. I stopped eating any dairy, 3.5 months ago, when I heard that many people cured their acne after stopping. Going to report back to you after a month or 2 on this diet.

Just drink 1 table spoon of organic apple cider vinegar in some water first thing and before any meals and it should neutralize any acids and detoxes ur system so ur skin clear up

Well where do you get this biotin from? and what is it?

Also time when you eat is important, if you eat after 19:00 it is not good, better have diner before that, and go earlier to bed. It is good to wake up early, like 6 o'clock, and do exercise daily, running is good! Pasta, Coffee, Eggs, Rice, Mayo - NO NO!
Have you ever tried the VitaFusion? They're gummy vitamins that contain a good amount of omegas, they're not very expensive (like 10 - 15 $ for a 150 gummy bottle) and they come fortified with calcium, I was wondering if you tried them, I just ordered mine off Amazon and I thought you might wanna check it out, cause I don't think kids gummys give as much benefit as gummys made for adult... if that makes any sense? Anyway LOVING your videos

@CuTeLtLdOt Just a question, does it mention anywhere in the book what to do to control stress related acne? Or maybe heat related, I can't seem to pin-point the cause for my acne mostly cause I'm still at college and under a LOT of stress, my PMS is horrible and I usually do break out during and the heat and humidity are NOT helping either, so basically I get like 1 week of semi-clear skin per month, hoping with ur tips I might actually extend that week *fingers crossed*

@CuTeLtLdOt - well he definitely attributes stress as a huge factor in skin - whether it's mental, the inflammatory 'food stress' that wreaks havoc on the skin, and of course - hormones. The only advice mentioned to relieve stress is doing yoga or meditation, but there's not much you can do for it but try to relax. Easy right?? haha. And I have to tell you, after the first month - my PMS changed DRAMATICALLY. I was shocked, but I will see how I do next month...

@CuTeLtLdOt - I do believe giving this diet regime is worthwhile... I was pretty desperate so - if you have the willpower go for it! It just may make a big difference in your life. And the vitagummies I used to take were the adult kind - I loved them they're great! Thanks for watching too :-)
