Admittedly, I enjoy watching some of Dr. Breeding's videos. However, I think Dr. Breeding is guilty of the same fallacious thinking he sees in mainstream psychiatry. Namely, the argument from ignorance. He has a religious conviction that schizophrenia isn't a disease but is a euphemism for problems in living. Using his line of reasoning, epilepsy wasn't a disease until its mechanism was better understood. The sensible view is one that doesn't pretend to know things it can't possibly know.

It's a personal hell, I see why they choose death because it's a way out of personal torture.

Hurting people is wrong. Helping people is right. If someone doesn't know the difference between "hurting" and "helping," they are either developmentally retarded or they DO know the difference and they're criminals.

Life isn't that complicated. Life gets complicated when you start letting criminals confuse simple matters.
