  • im a high school kicker too and your form is pretty good. me, im a straight on kicker so i wear a square toe kicking shoe but you should tell the school to cut the grass, it makes it hell of a lot easier

  • @Brooklyn2K12 thanks, haha. I offered to cut the grass for them and they wouldn't allow me.

  • check out danny demelo hes from canada

  • Hope that helps...let me know if you have questions.

  • 3. this one goes with #2. keeping your head down and crunch your upper body down towards yours leg and the same time your leg extends up to your upper body will give you more "pop" on the ball and increase disctance. It will also ensure that your head remains down through the kick.

  • 2. Your head is always up too far. Keep your head down and watch the ball through impact. Bringing your head up pulls your shoulders back causing you to not be able to drive through the ball which means you are losing your forward momentum.

  • 1. Watch your kicking leg. Pay attention to how shallow or how far it DOESNT go back. If you can learn to bring your leg back more and let the whippin motion of your leg and hips combine together you will kick farther. Less brute stregth and more fluid motion will help.

  • Ok bro...not bad but I can tell you're either kind of new at this or just never been coached. I play minor leauge and have been kicking for 10 plus years. Studied ALOT!! Here are some things I noticed that should help you improve your strength which in returns helps on your distance. BUT keep in mind that everyone is different, so try these and see if you have success...I think you will and hope you do.

Running out of room, will comment on this comment for the rest.
