This was when Ian Roberts had apparently signed with Manly behind Souths back and Piggins believed he was taking other players with him to Manly and wanted him sacked.

i'm a Kiwi and Robbo was and still is a bloody legend and set the tone for the modern day gladiator. It seems the footy has gone in a different direction these days with all the wrestling. The hitmen I grew up to idolise like Robbo, Spud, Chief, MG, Butterfield, Gilly, Larson, ET, Sparkles, Ruben Wiki, Soloman Haumono, King and who could forget Cement created a golden era for me to become hooked for life. I watch now but nothing compared to this era for me. 1988 - 1995 That's gold!!!
