Starts up at normal rpm, but tap the throttle and it starts to surge/lope from 800 to 1,000 rpm, when I put it in gear, tap the brakes or turn the steering wheel it drops down to normal rpm, put it in neutral and it stays normal until I tap the throttle then it starts the surging again, also when driving if I let off the throttle the rpm drops down to normal, then goes up to 1,000 rpm for a second before dropping down again.

  • @frantchescon Thanks, but the PMD is new, on a heatsink in the grille, I swapped my spare with no change, dealer tried their PMD and no change,

  • My truck is doing the same thing...Did you ever find the problem?

  • @chathorn1 No, it's still doing it, can't find a mechanic that knows this engine, I posted my problem on the Diesel Place forum but nobody could figure it out.
