I agree you would look great as a blonde, but since you're hair is so "dark" you should NOT do it at home, that results in yellow hair ;) You should do it over like 3 times at the hair salon. And then of course you need to have your roots repaired every 4-6th week. Going from dark to blonde at the hair salon is an expensive and long process. Normally I have somewhat blonde hair, but colored it dark. Then it took about 4 visits for me to get a normal blonde again.

everyone wants to be sexy but the only bad thing about it is that people try to be sexy all the time by dressing sexy for school and work and thats over doing it now for special occasions like parties and going out clubbing its ok to dress sexy but not everyday like most try to do

There's no bad things on dressing sexy or provocatively if that's what you really want, the only bad thing about that is doing such things looking for acceptation (and many times is the final reason).

By the way, you want to be sexy (as each one of us), being sexy is a universal desire and many times, following that desire, you (as each one of us) overdo things.
