exxon didnt pay a dime of taxes in the u.s. in 2009. for some reason their tax status didnt make headlines in 2010. putting that aside is it any wonder there is a deficit with corporations getting loophole after loophole and the little guy getting screwed?

Benito Mussolini the father of fascism said that it more accurately should be called corporatism where governmentr exists for the sake of large corporations. THAT is what we now have in America. The tax laws prove it. I worked at the sixth largest US corporation which paid NO TAX AT ALL in the last four out of five years they were in business. They had four corporate jets and held staff meetings at strip clubs and wrote it off.

The reason for high corporate profits is the FACT that America runs a system of CORPORATE SOCIALISM when hundreds of BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars are paid to large corporations every year in the form of deductions, exemptions, incentives and free services. Marine General Smedley Butler said that MOST US wars were started by and fought for the benefit of WALL STREET. I am tired of paying for their bogus wars and for their three martini lunches, jets, limos and staff meetings at strip clubs.
