A Prayer to the Amygdala

the "bigger picture"...
i'd never figure
that the herd would get it ^_^

it set's in so subtle...
we let
appearances deceive
to conceive our rebuttal...

so what'll
YOU do
when the truth speaks...

sleeps beneath
reptilian sheets
in the dirty streets
repeating HIStory
with HER defeats...

retreats
that we never dreamed possible...
it stops the will
and jumpstarts the fight...
or the flight
or the impossible...

your fill of the wine
the thrill of the chase
the design of a woman
her smell & her taste...
the spell she casts
and at last
we are helpless...
but it helps no less
than a prayer to the amygdala...

For those who think that their feelings or even instincts about things wont lead them astray, the reptilians are not only masters of conscious mind manipulations, but can alter and reflect back emotions. That is how they have managed to start riots and other negative events. They can also manipulate the love within us, mirror it back and it seems as if it is coming from an outside source, like in the near death experience.
