Chelsea Harbour - next door neighbours developing their luxury development at our expense!!!!

Chelsea Harbour - !!!! LIVING IN HELL!!!!!
For all those who envy people living in the 'celebrated' Chelsea Harbour development, feast your eyes on this one!! and this is on the good day...........Starts at 08:30 am and goes on until 18:00 from Monday to Friday for the last 3,5 months.
How come this is legal - few feet away from our building??? Who gave the permission to kill us each and every day with the horrendous noise, dust and pollution (privacy......WHAT PRIVACY???)
Apparently John Prescott gave this luxury development by the courtesy of CIRCADIAN (Hong-Kong based owners??) the 'green light'..........and then he was gone........
Your comments are more than welcomed!!! The ongoing lawsuit (with the owners of Chelsea Harbour) is on.........and has been going on for the last few years, but then again, they are not living here!!!
WHAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO DO BEFORE GETTING A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN?????
