NHL 09 (PC) Goalie Scores A Goal!

Cory Schneider (Manitoba Moose) scores an empty net goal.

It just takes some time to get a goalie to score... Anyway, sorry for the quality, it's a camera and I don't screen record, so it's easiest for me to do it like this.

HOW TO DO THIS:
- Go up by 1 or 2 goals
- Wait for the opposing team to pull their goalie (give the puck away in your zone/neutral zone)
- Get the puck to the goalie either by making a save or giving it to him
- Move the goalie up (MUCH easier/faster in "Difficult" mode)
- Press "pass", hope no one (not even team mates, otherwise, you might pass to them) is too close
- Wait for the puck to slide into the empty net
- Do a happy dance and a barrel roll!

what are the controls for goalie mode?

Hold space (when you don't have the puck) and the goalie will be selected. Then, when you have the puck, just manoeuver him until he has a clear shot at goal. Then you just press spacebar again and he'll try to pass (missing everyone) and end up sliding the puck all the way down into the goal. "F" is technically the shoot button but it only sort of flips the puck into the air. Either than that, there are no other special controls.

No this is on PC, and for pc, you hold "spacebar".
