Tale #5

Joe thinks about getting some propane for his shop and decides to tell another joke that has nothing whatsoever to do with propane.

I heard this joke on a radio show by a caller as the show was ending. This is a reworking of it since I didn't really remember it properly. I'm sure it's an old joke, but it was new to me and I laughed.

No I mean what I said, Family Guy did it. I HATE when people say that it's annoying and not even true. So for the record Family Guy doesn't steal jokes they do funny observations about what other people came up with and/or that person in general. Mayor West shot a guy and said "Now, nobody heard him." a guy says "Are you kidding we all did!" He shoots him "Now, DID ANYONE HEAR THEM?" Then a guy goes "No, but my wife did." The screen goes black and you hear 1 gun shot. Sorry, Family Guy did it.

I heard this on a sports radio show years ago and don't recall the scene you mentioned.

As to Fam Guy/Seth Mac reusing old jokes did you miss his spin on the 10 year old joke about Sarah Jessica Parker being a horse face? A funny scene but you aren't going to suggest that he originated that are you?

I like his work. Family Guy is a great inspiration and one of the best current animations out there. That said, everyone steals from everyone to one degree or another.

@bowlingballout Exactly. Thats true. But he was the one that said it on T.V., not Youtube. If she didn't have a horse face, it wouldn't be funny, but Seth would make the sam joke on another horse face celebrity.
