Jim Brodie's advice for Deep purple and Rainbow fans who are going to see Blackmores Night.
For more of the same see www.godofguitar.com
Note: don't bother posting nasty stuff about Blackmores Night or Ritchie/Candice - I'll delete it as soon as I see it. Although I take the mick, I am a fan.

  • This is so true!

  • Hee hee we still waiting for the strat-comeback!

  • best video!!!!

  • Ritchie Blackmore after they left the Deep Purple and Rainbow, has left us sad for their fans not to hear the best guitarist of all time, playing with his Fender! Return to Deep Purple Ritchie!

  • Blackmore's Night it's great! This not deep purple, but only cow don't change approach ;P I think that even he play only on classic guitar ;P it's steel great Ritchie Blackmore ;P and his music it's steel valuable ... and sometimes he switch on a power of white one ;)

  • ahaha classic! it's so true iv'e seen them twice in reading first time long set with strat in encore.... 2nd time last year only an hour set and the strat remained on the stand... people cheering for an encore for about 20 mins and then people where swearing haha

  • THEDARKMINK//

Maybe because it isn't medieval? (It's origins are unknown, but most connaisseurs agree that is at least not older than mid-16th century.

But, yeah, I do agree with you. Ye good olde English folk tune is far better than the new "pop version". ;)

  • ahh take the white one!!!! and don't leave it!!!

  • bah Ritchie should ditch this kind of music and go back with Deep Purple.

  • please, wy Ritchie played the real medieval "GREENSLEEVES" in the 70`s as an intro for the "16th century greensleeves" rainbow band song with Dio, and now that he plays Medieval and renaissanse music he don´t play that original greensleeves medieval version!!?? it`s like sarcasm!! anyone knows why?

  • Haha please take the strat pleeeeeease take the strat looool

  • Fantastic

  • ha ha ! that's SO right!! Surely he must want to do some rock stuff after all the renaissance twaddle!!

  • ROFL. This is just soooo spot on it's spooky! I've seen some spectacular shows with Blackmore and also witnessed some of less professional performances.

  • So true!.

I've seen Blackmore's night twice. The first time he got out the strat and rocked out on the encore.

The second time I brought my friend with me and

he did no rockin in the encore. *&#%$^@%#!

The Blackmore's night stuff is musically good

but there is NO BALLS!. Candice is hot though.
