lol, i used to just roll the qb out every play and run for huge gains. i couldn't for the life of me complete a pass

You know in the replays, if you pause it you can make the narrator repeat over and over. I did it with "look out"

Perhaps the cartridge doesn't fit in the slot tight enough? There are fixes online for that.
It could also be your cartridge has a dead save battery (which is odd because Sega usually used EEPROMs that didn't need a battery, whereas NFL '94 and Nintendo games used battery-run SRAM).

I miss the Sega NFL games. I still have my Genesis after all these years and of all of the Sega commercials this one was my favorite. It was a running joke in my house to go "Reggie White."
Just too bad Reggie is gone he was such a great player.

When my parent bought me GENESIS as a graduation gift back in 94 NFL 94 was the 1st game I bought for GENESIS. If SEGA was still making NFL game I would buy it.
