Flu shots are only good for 3 months. So if you get a "regular flu" shot & a "swine flu shot in November, then all immunity benefits from these shots will be gone by February. Flu season typically doesn't start until late January, so you will need to repeat these vaccinations by early February. That is 4 doses of ground up virus (or viral sludge) pumped into your body. How well you body can handle this stress will determine how it will effect YOU. Good luck!
