still go for regine's version....but this one also good but more on falsetto...while regine is using her natural voice..

Thanks for dropping by. I think you may have a different definition of what a falsetto is. The singer here used here own voice not a falsetto one. Falsetto means "false voice". When a male singer is trying to sing the range of a soprano, generally that's what falsetto is. Regine's is POP and this one is kinda POP-Choral version. Different touches and effects to the audience.

the soloist is very very good!!! kaya lang what happened in 5:22-5:24? did you notice? she breathed in-between the word "dawned" and gestured her arms twice pero the vocal was continuous... kuhang-kuha sa video... so was this song recorded at hindi live nilang kinanta? hmmm...

Paula has a "back-up soloist" normally to hit some high notes if needed. If you see, some singers who were dancing had lapel mics as well plus the choir on the left hand side of the stage.

Some part of the audio did not synch well .... rendering issues.

I just chanced upon this video, and I got glued! I repeated it over and over, and even compared to the others. This girl has a very powerful voice! GALING! Mabuhay ang UP! The others are also good, but for me, personally, I like this version, very pleasing to my ear, not sounding like "pilit".her voice is very solid.

@melvicgcano Not to bug in anyone's business but this girl singing beats regina 1000 times. Sing w natural voice is very easy and THAT's why people today can't sing anymore. I totally agree with your statement. This girl is so much more talented than Regina. She will be a great singer when her voive builds up to it's max. :-)

@macariequirante Regine is the ONLY person in the world I know who can hit high notes using her chest voice (even Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, and Lani Misalucha) shift to head tones when the notes are beyond their normal range), so the expectation of having another singer perform this song using her "natural" voice is unrealistic.
