MACH Piper!!!!!!! 8/28/11
I am *so* proud of my girl! This MACH has been a long time coming but definitely worth the wait. Piper earned her 750th point at this trial and finished her 35th QQ. I am so thankful for her. She is my first MACH doggie :) I couldn't have done it without her, God, my parents, my wonderful trainers, my friends, and most certainly my first dog, Ruby... she taught me so much. The journey to our MACH has been an incredible one and I can't wait to keep continuing it.
It's kind of funny because I have had these songs picked out for a couple of years now. The first song just describes how I felt getting our MACH.. as most of you know Piper and I have worked very hard for those points! :-) And this run was definitely a proud moment. The second song I listened to the summer before her first trial in 2007. I did not know this was going to be a MACH song at the time, but I just remember listening to it on the beach and thinking about how her first trial would turn out and where our journey would take us. The journey is just beginning.
